How did they get rid of all there bad reviews i writing this because my old one is gone so are all the others use at your own risk! Worst lawyer and a crook! Charged me for deposition he didn’t do among other things he’s scatter brained the judge yelled at him several times for asking for things that don’t make sense, looked like a fool in court! When I complained about them not doing what they said teressa chastised me for complaining and kept yelling at me to take my mask off in the heat of covid February of 2021. A real lawyer would have won the argument against a regular dude like me but they were clearly in the wrong so all he could do is sick his wife on me crazy af. here 4 years later i get a bill from collectors that he never paid the court fee that he was paid for goodluck if you use this entitled lawyers that are clearly above the law!

I hired Teresa Hensley for my boyfriend's 10 year old drug case, that a man took the charge that should of been mine. At the traffic stop. The dog hit on me in the cop car. It was my truck. I explained that the cop did not search me or charge me with the half gram found,I am the owner of the truck.My responsibility . But I was mentally ill from loosing a child, and it was something you could see. Instead of charging me.The officer let my boyfriend take the charge. Both him and my boyfriend wanted to stop my pain. I hired this law firm to protect my boyfriend. Six months ago he was extradited. He served a month in jail on a $25,000 cash Bond. When we got the lawyer the lawyer was supposed to get him released to his state where he could maintain his job and his home. They did everything but what we agreed on. And then kinsley's law firm decimated my character and told my boyfriend I was why he wasn't getting out of jail. And destroyed our relationship to this day. This law firm found a place within my boyfriend's family where it could manipulate the situation and take me out of control over my boyfriend's case. I have proof and ongoing ongoing court cases to this day that even when they set him free he's still has another court case in December because they are going they are holding him making him come back and forth to Kansas City costing thousands of dollars hoping to entrap him in between each court case. There is no reason not to have the case dropped 2 months ago or today and now another court date we just can't seem to end this case and I would like to know why what is my lawyer wanting to happen to his client. I already have the proof of defamation of my character and I already have the proof of entrapment as of today. The court case today giving another date to report to court not ending this case gives all indication of entrapment there is no reason for paperwork or anything else this is entrapment. Cass county Missouri is known for it this is a ex-prosecutor that is now practicing criminal law and I do not suggest you hire this firm. There is a reason they are not closing this case.And keep moving like the client has no rights they have to follow.
