Thomas Burke ruined our lives!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Tom Burke, and Wulff are the best attorneys ever

My attorney was Spencer Williams. If you are a woman please DO NOT choose Spencer. He would not fight for what I asked, instead he did what he wanted. When I said it is within my rights to ask for something by law, he said I don’t agree with that and would not make the request. The legal documents had mistakes that I had to catch (having a different persons name in my paperwork). Kept changing legal assistants and then he did not have one so he did the paperwork himself which put my cost at a higher rate.

I contacted Greg because of a legal issue I have been dealing since May however, even though there was not a lot that he could do for me, he provided me with so much information that helped me out so much! Thank you Greg!

Eric Wulff can’t even be bothered to return a phone call. His assistant Kelly is unable or unwilling to comprehend her role. They lost my grandmothers will and Kelly avoided us at all costs. Calling, mailed letters, in-person visits, all left with no response or compliance. We had to call the church, where Tom Burke is a Deacon, to have Tom call Eric and Kelly and ask that they call us back. Eric never did, Kelly called and admitted to losing the Will along with some other important documents. I would recommend going ANYWHERE else. This place should be closed and fined for gross negligence and legal malpractice. They completely failed their fiduciary duties to us as clients. My family has been going to Tom Burke for over 30 years prior to his retirement. Eric and Kelly are not to be trusted as competent legal professionals.

Eric Wulff & Kelly, his assistant, haven't answered my calls. They've had all my information since January 12, 2022. I'm about to show up to that office and get my paperwork back and go to the probate court myself!

Used to be great attorneys but not anymore, they are not for the client but their own gain.

Eric Wulf will take your money and you will never hear from him again. He is Lazy and incompetent. Don't know how he became part of this lawfirm.

The lady who answered the phone was very rude and did not try to help whatsoever. I would not recommend going here.
