As for brad best attorney in the house

Daniel Goldberg was an excellent choice as my lawyer. He is extremely knowledgeable, experienced and professional. Dan was highly recommended by another firm and as soon as I spoke with him during our first consultation, I felt he had my best interests in mind. Dan worked with me every step of the way to make sure I understood all aspects of my case and worked hard on my behalf. I was a stay at home wife and mother with very little resources at my disposal. He set realistic expectations, was a reassuring voice of reason and helped me achieve the outcome I desired. SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!!!!!! Between him showing up to work in shorts and a T-shirt, not returning phone calls, never having a clue as to what’s actually happening on my case, not responding to my emails in a timely manner, never giving me an explanation as to what’s going on with my case, never keeping his word when he tells you he’s going to email you or call you back at a particular time, this guy showed up to my deposition in cargo pants and a flannel like he just left the Katy Trail on a weekend hike. It was humiliating! Dan seems to forget when you hire him he works for you. He needs constant prompting to keep him on track and to communicate any and all activities pertaining your case. He will not sit down and discuss a game plan. it seems he rather fly by the seat or his pants while he drains your account with little to no progress being made. I fired him after about $3500 of waisted money and now $2000 spent to fix what he messed up.
