Lack of responsiveness and follow-up from the law firm
“I reached out via phone on three separate occasions to inquire about the viability of a case with this firm and each time the lady that answered the phone told me I would receive a call back. All three calls were placed to the law firm in January. It's March and I have never received a return call.”
