Called for some basic guidance. While my legal questions were for out of state, he provided some good direction and pointer with zero charges. His professionalism, experience, and wisdom were greatly appreciated.

I really wish I could give Joe more than 5 stars.. Last April I was rear ended in Kentucky and my car was completely destroyed in the accident. Thankfully my wife and I turned out okay just had to go through some PT work for our backs. Joe not only jumped right on the case and negotiate with the other insurance company, every time they would come back with a different number that wasnt what he wanted. I put full trust in Joe to make things right and after many back and forth emails we were able to settle! I would recommend Joe to everyone I know that needs a high quality attorney! Great business at business. Very professional .

I called his office looking for advice about a real estate problem and he answered my call quickly and spoke to me personally and gave me advice free of charge. Very knowledgeable and helpful.

Non-responsive and no follow through on legal matters. Was issued a letter and requested to blindly sign regarding estate issues, requested additional information via our family lawyer and never received a response. It’s been months with numerous follow-ups and empty promises by him to send the information “right away.”

Mr. Martin was able to answer my questions in easy layman's terms giving me correct legal advice that I could not find thru on line searches.
