A top notch firm to work with! Very impressive with prompt and effective communication, professionalism from all staff, and attention to detail from start to finish.

Be prepared for Craig to make up information on behalf of his clients. He will also feed them bad advice as long as he feels it will negatively impact the other party. All he is really doing, is hurting his client and the other parties involved. He is arrogant just like the clients he chooses to represent. Do yourself a favor and choose someone else so you get the help you need and not an egotistical a $ $ hat.

Please be aware! I contacted a representative of this firm to represent me in a child support matter in St. Joseph MO a few months ago. I provided him with fact base information for my defense well in advance of my court dates. On my court dates this lawyer was 1/3 prepared to represent my case. Due to the lack of preparation and not providing the service that I paid for up front. I would not recommend there service to anyone. In matters the could be devastating to most families, It is IMPORTANT to deal with representation that is working on your behalf when dealing with sensitive legal matters. I found out the hard way. You shouldn't have too! The MOST insulting part! In front of me the attorney agreed with the prosecutor on a legal matter that cost me thousands. Friends looking out for Friends!

Rock Stars. I should have started with them!

I went through an insanely long, drawn-out divorce with an attorney who was more interested in the money and putting on a show for opposing council. The kids well-being was my only concern from the beginning, yet when we went to court all of her preparation was on the money, so we were left with a very difficult situation for the kids and I. When I filed for a custody modification I hired Craig Ritchie, and I am so thankful I did. He didn't give me unrealistic expectations, and he let me know up front that it was going to be difficult to get approval to move, but he never quit working for me. We were eventually allowed to move, my kids are now thriving, and their relationship with their dad has improved dramatically. My divorce attorney just said a move was impossible and wouldn't even try, but Craig made it happen. I am so grateful for all he did for us and I really wish I would have gone to him in the beginning!

John actually listened to me and his staff, Kailee and Darian were always attentive to my needs. If I ever need services in the future, this will be the first place I contact.

I needed an emergency court hearing. They got it in less than a week.

Where do I start…. Lauren and Alexis are very professional and the fact that they actually listen to you, you won’t feel rushed and they give you peace of mind. After our first victory in court I thought it was so compassionate of her to ask me to show her a picture of my little girls, because I feel she truly cared about our (interesting to say the least) case. Although pricy, I couldn't of asked for a better family attorney, and Alexis being the paralegal for my custody case.

She was so well prepared and studied my case. She was protective of me and considerate of my emotions through the whole thing.
