Knowledgeable and helpful. I sat down with Brent with my parents while going over some estate planning. The questions he asked and time that he took made me believe he was actually looking out for their best interests and not just doing the minimum and sending a bill.

Jackie exceeded my expectations which admittedly were high. I was going through a tough stretch and in the initial meeting she was calming and reassuring. I knew then I had chosen well my representation. That was only reinforced throughout the process as it became more and more clear I wasn't some file in a cabinet, she truly cared. someone i love went to her and used her as a lawyer and my loved one said she was very disrespectful and inconsiderate very rude and not kind to her costumer. would not recommend! this is very disappointing and i’m very unsatisfied that my loved one got treated with such disrespect!!

Jackie Ross is not a person you want to handle your case.It is all about the money for her and she doesn’t not hide it. The minute you pay her she stops by being caring and helpful. I saw my mother already having a tough time going through a divorce still having the feeling of unsettling because there was no communication on the settlement papers or even updates on how things are going. My mother tried to call her and she declined all her calls when she went to her office she was very uncompassionate and rushed her out because she had another client that she was waiting for. My mother felt very hurt and even more disturbed because now she felt used only for her money. It’s hard to witness this as her daughter. No one should ever feel like a bother especially if you pay for their services and for them to represent you in court. Now things are unresolved and communication is not happening for several days… not sure what’s going to happen to my mom! 😰

Jackie Ross is truly a shark. The minute you pay her and she gets her money, she stops being caring and compassionate. She stopped communicating and returning calls about information about my mother-in-law’s divorce case. We couldn’t get a hold of her through the phone when trying to wrap up paperwork and went to her office and she basically kicked my mother in law out and she was just wanting to wrap up the retirement and financial settlement paperwork.

My 91-year-old mother needed to update her will, which was decades out of date. After checking around, I found Brent Powers, who specializes in elder law. He was patient and gracious, and he worked with Mom so she could get exactly what she wanted. I rest a little easier knowing that my mother’s wishes are clear. Many thanks to Brent for his work.
