My husband and I reached out to the BRUNING LAW team at the end of his work Injury journey. We were already in the settlement phase and were being denied basic care for after his case would close. We really thought we didn’t need to use a legal team because we figured, everything will be fair. This was not the case. Erica called me back that evening and talked to me for about an hour letting me know that how my husband was being treated was typical for insurance companies and she was ready to fight for us. She helped me understand the entire process of what would come next and the ways we were being rushed into signing a settlement without knowing basic rights… even before we retained them as our counsel. Her paralegal, Olivia stayed in contact with me as well every step of the way and anytime I had any questions she responded to me immediately.. I couldn’t be more happy with the way they conducted themselves during what was a very difficult and hard time in our life.. I recently finished my case with the assistance of the team at the Bruning Law Firm. My back was damaged and has put me out of work all due to a car accident.
