Lack of responsiveness to client inquiries
“I have tried to contact 4 to 5 times and even left a couple messages and no response back. One guy in the office even took my info and said someone would call me back and they never did.”

“My last correspondence via email was in March I'm not sure whether or not if I have a case and since then I've called twice in regards to a follow up but didn't get the reply I was expecting which was not a straight answer.”
