Lack of responsiveness and follow-up
“I have tried to contact 4 to 5 times and even left a couple messages amd no response back. One guy in the office even took my info and said someone would call me back and they never did.”

Uncertainty about case status
“My last correspondence via email was in March I'm not sure whether or not if I have a case and since then I've called twice in regards to a follow up but didn't get the reply I was expecting which was not a straight answer, however guess I'll wait until I get a yes or no.”
