Literally did Intake online. A week later someone reached out. Within 60 seconds of convo I hear personal cellphone ring. This person puts me on hold for 45 min. I hang up to call back no answer. My case is time sensitive this is unprofessional better off trying something else. Terrible terrible terrible. Wish I could give zero stars Go on twitter and stop these people from getting paid leave your review there donors read this type of stuff!!!

They were unable to help me with my situation but I have a friend that they have helped a great bit. They can’t take every case but are really good with the ones that they do take from my understanding.

I went through the intake process and when I received the call from them, the woman I spoke with was rude, condescending and hung up on me. That is not even acceptable at McDonald's.

Whoever they have taking calls do not want to help people. The woman picked up the phone and acted like she could not hear me then another person just hung up

They did not help me. I've been trying to get help since last fall from this service. Not clear on why people are referred to this service. Not helpful at all no one should have to represent themselves in Court totally disappointed.
