“The lady I spoke with is slow I clearly and slowly explained my situation and she still said she couldn't help because my relative still has a guardian after I just told her the guardian passed away and I need help becoming his guardian since I was not listed as her successor.”

“Working with this firm has been awful. You get a new paralegal every other day it seems and no one updates you of this until so much time has gone by and you reach out to get updates. That's what I hate most about the firm. The other thing is I feel like my family and I did the work as far as getting information. I'm really over it. The compensation from the settlements isn't worth it for us.”
