Attorney Christian Misner helped me resolve a legal issue in a timely, professional, and stress free manner. 10/10 would recommened.

I spoke with Christian Misner regarding an issue with a car we recently bought at a local car dealership. Since the website mentions that they deal in Consumer Law I called and that’s when I first spoke with Chris, Christian’s paralegal. He told me what he needed in order to get Christian involved and help get us some answers to what our rights were. Both men were fantastic to work with! They both returned calls &/or emails quickly & got us the answers we needed. Christian guided me as to what was realistic & could easily be done to resolve the issue without spending a ton of money in attorney fees. Anyone that needs help with Gonsumer Law I would highly recommend getting in touch with these gentlemen. Our issue was resolved & Christian did not end up having to file anything on our behalf, but even when he responded he was graceful & stated he was happy that it all worked out for us. I will keep him in mind for any future needs we may have, though I hope to not have a need for an attorney.

I have to say, being involved in a legal case was highly unusual and pretty scary. But Tom made the experience as painless as possible and I instantly felt comfortable with him and his team. Steve did a phenomenal job with my case (car accident) against the defendants who filed for bankruptcy. He picked up my case from my previous lawyer who unfortunately passed unexpectedly and was eager to represent me. This was a challenging case due to the defendants filing for bankruptcy. This caused me to be concerned that I would not be able to get compensated for damages that was done to my car. Steve was able to get excellent results and made sure I was compensated for damages to the car as well medical. I will definitely be using Steve again for any legal representation and I would also recommend his services to others.

Pat defended my husband against NS RR in a $4 million lawsuit and counter sued them as well. Pat was exceptionally kind and considerate of my husband’s PTSD from day one all the way until the jury trial when he advised my husband to leave the courtroom during testimony that might trigger a flashback to the accident. Defending and protecting my husband was always Pat’s greatest priority. This attorney knows his business like no other and in the courtroom makes Perry Mason look like a novice. He was able to break down the testimony of every one of the RR’s witnesses in cross examination in a matter of minutes. David Adam, a partner with the UGBB law firm, assisted me in a real estate investment project.
