After explaining the case to Tim, he immediately started on the case. He formulated a plan that was to my benefit. The opposing party kept trying to delay and Tim wouldn’t allow them to. He is extremely knowledgeable in his field of practice and diligently works hard for you to get the outcome you desire. Tim is very prompt in answering phone calls, emails and all questions that you have during your case (even after hours). I couldn’t have asked for a better lawyer!!!! Thank you Tim for a great job!
