Lack of responsiveness and communication from the firm
“I personally was not impressed with the service I received from this company for the amount of money I paid for representation. If I had questions I needed answers to, I'd contact them or the lawyers. It would take days to get an answer if I heard anything from them at all!”

“There were several court dates where the lawyer was 30+ minutes late and a few where he didn't show up to court at all, which would drag the case out further.”
