A life changing Law Firm! My wife’s I-485 Adjustment of Status through an Asylum Case that has been approved in 2019 was stuck in a cul-de-sac delay since 2020. We were contacting Congressmans every six months to inquire about the case at the USCIS office and the response was an absurd Machine generated email saying that they are working on the case when they clearly were not. I went on the Jim Hacking Show on Youtube and talked to Jim about the case. He immediatly explained everything to me and referred me to Felipe Vargas who worked hard and Neat on crafting a Mandamus Action. It took the USCIS less than 6 months to approve & send in my wife Green card. This Law Firm staff worked hard on our case and proved their interrest in achieving our goal. Jim is an expert not just in immigration law but also in how the USCIS deal with millions of different cases or what i now call the USCIS Work Psychology. Felipe is an organized and neat worker. While we used to other lawyers ditching us after two weeks of signing contracts with them, we would wake up everyday to his soothing emails and calls to give us explainations & guidances on every step of the process.
