The staff of Crowe and Shanahan always took time to help everytime we needed it. Don did an excellent job of staying in contact and his Staff always took time to answer questions. Dawn and Melissa were amazing resources when we needed to speak to someone or had worries they took the time needed to put us at ease. I can't say enough about this company. Mr. Don Derse was extremely helpful and reliable. I went to the office the first time and that was it. I was approved in a matter of months. If I had a question his assistant's Maureen and Dawn were always there to answer me and were just as sincere as Don. I highly recommend this company to anyone applying for ssd! They’ve helped me so far, so I have faith they will keep helping me. Jeremy is the guy I call when I don’t know what I’m doing because I don’t necessarily have anyone else to ask in my life. He’s always super responsive (as is Kelly) and they’re always cheery. They don’t ever get negative with you. It’s refreshing bc sometimes I wonder if I’m just wired -differently- and feel like people don’t get me, but I can tell they’re trying and they are always kind to me, so I’m very grateful. Thank you. 🙏

I contacted this law firm because I thought I might need their services..I found out I didn't however, Cindy took the time to speak with me about a concern I had regarding a letter we received from social security. She was remarkable, kind, and shared some information that she gave me, I took the information, used it and got results immediately. I cannot thank her enough. It says a lot to me that a firm that cannot take the case actually took the time to listen and help me. If you need a law firm to help with your disability....I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS ONE!!
