What can I possibly express in words about Holland Law Firm? Absolutely nothing, simply because in my honest opinion, the ONE person who I have been in contact throughout a years long class action lawsuit has been KETRA FRANCIS. Long ago when this lawsuit was in its infancy, it was KETRA FRANCIS in the beginning, middle, and end that made the process transparent, kept me informed, and also KETRA has and always was extremely professional and never left me with a question for more than 12 hours. KETRA FRANCIS and by extension Holland Law Firm did the absolute best job they could in what was clearly a dynamic, always shifting, and time consuming challenge that frankly KETRA FRANCIS was born to do. I’m prior service 11B 23 years retired. Honestly we would not have gotten a thing without KETRA’s commitment to serve the underserved Veterans in our community. Good on you KETRA FRANCIS. I hired Thomas to handle my case that came my way unexpectedly. Not only did he handled it all, perfectly, in a very short period of time, but he got me the best outcome possible. Service here was amazing! I had a car accident earlier this year where someone was speeding & T-Boned me. Not only were the office workers professional & actually VERY caring & attentive, but the lawyers were able to maximize my settlement higher than expected!
