I have two cases open with Morgan and Morgan one of them was from over a year ago I was finally able to sign a settlement for the accident in March. It is now May and I haven't seen or heard anything from them they are ignoring my calls. My second case is from 10 months ago, again I just signed a release recently and was told the check would have been here two weeks ago. They are no longer taking or returning my calls. Very suspicious and aggravating.

I heard through a friend that they yare really good

I am a combat war veteran needing assistance appeal ing a VA claim for my service connected injuries received during my service in the US Army. I was contacted quickly by Morgan and Morgan and provided them my personal information and the dates I served. I was not asked any questions of my injury and was told they would not be able to serve as my representative. For veterans that served our country honorably and receive a response from the law firm that says "Dedicated to protecting the people, not the powerful" need I say anything else.

My experience isn't complete,,so I really can't comment on the total experience, but so far it's been good!

UPDATE! Michael please return my call. I left you a voicemail days ago. Hello.. my partner recently sought your services. Your firm accepted the case. Initially we were overwhelmed with surprise by your overly adamant multiple calls daily approach. We sufficed with what would generally be considered annoying in lieu of what seemed like genuine dedication. Factor in the fact that we never spoke to the same person twice and we spoke to several different people upwards of 4 in a single call then youll find this martyring sorely in vain. Sadly we encountered a tech flub on the ssa behalf. I believe a Mr Francisco was the name of your rep that then advised us to paraphrased "figure that situation out and get back to us" we have since stopped receiving calls. We called ssa on our own behalf whom then snail mailed us a verification number that would bypass the error. We called you with this number that started with a capital letter A then a dash then the number. Your reps... Yes more than 1 ... All said they've never seen one start with a letter before then immediately followed up with an awkward silence and then immediately followed that up with no answer nor suggestion. This was a week ago or so still no calls back. We then call on the 11th and after speaking to multiple people we were transferred directly to what sounded like an answering machine not a voicemail. This was the only time this ever happened but dare we suspect this happened to happen because that call was informing you that we no longer needed your service? Could be wrong.With that said whomever reads this for Morgan and Morgan perhaps you can relay this motion to the database or what have you. Actually we were referred to a supposed Harold Bates according to the documents you sent us.. I say supposed because we've never heard from him or been able to get ahold of him personally. So perhaps you could relay this message to his faculties as well... Either way sorry we couldn't do business. To add: It goes without saying but I will type it for those who don't hear. A professional capitalist is worse than kaput if anything other than the bottom dollar is prioritized. The automation and simplicity of your industry especially in this digital age strongly dictates our exclusion from the club and we get that. If you guys could somehow broker a legislative gesture that permits people like Mr Francisco and his colleagues to be able to do 99% of your job instead of 75% perhaps we "the people" could find our shimmering ranks reclaimed. Again we understand a lawyer charges 390 an hr and Mr Francisco only charges what ever minimum wage is.(Francisco this is not a stab at you promise love you buddy you and everyone else were really nice which is the reason we gave 1 star) Finally just so you know we were inspired by your lengthy testimony about your brother getting hurt at Disney and your call to action. If you would've left your bros name out of it we wouldn't have been compelled to make this comment. Freuds brother was an ahole who mastered the art of manipulative marketing you're not the first to implement such unsavory tactics. Based off your testimony you should be going after and suing yourself. Sincerely. Utmost sincerity.

So far our experience has been great. We've had a very positive experience to date. We'll give a more extensive review once everything is done and we are positive it will end up very well because Morgan and Morgan cares about its clients. We just want to be out of pain and healed with no more painful suffering. Thank you so much for all your help and caring to Alex our attorney and to Amber our case manager, and to Morgan and Morgan.
