I filled out an online form describing a potential case. I received a response via text. I seriously don't think this is an appropriate way to conduct business especially from a law firm. After I answered all the questions via text, someone else started questioning me again with the same questions. I became worried if they were legit so I ended the conversation. Unprofessional if that was actually Morgan & Morgan way of communicating with new clients.

I like it when people are proactive. Brian was proactive in reaching out to me via call and text to answer any questions I may have and explained what I should be expect. He sounded warm and friendly and understanding the my situation, He assured me that they'll be doing they can to resolve my case - And I like assurances.

They do things in a very timely fashion there's never any news about my case or anything that they think I should know that is not shared with me in detail and they are genuinely concerned with me, not only the case I would recommend them to anyone

Without a doubt the most unprofessional Law Firm I have ever dealt with it took me weeks to get a phone call back they didn't help me with my case they refused to take my property damage claim which left me owing $6,000 on a car that I no longer own because Gap would not pay it I will never again use this Law Firm for any accident I have

Said they'd take my case then wasted 3 months of my Statute of Limitations to tell me they had no interest in my case and refused to give me a reason. Be careful with your Medical Malpractice Law Suits with them. They won't tell you they will not represent you if your case is in the State of Missouri. BEWARE
