The Driscoll Firm helped me on many levels. Allie was incredibly professional and yet related to me on a human level which made me feel so comfortable. My personal health records were complicated to track down and Allie was patient and encouraging til the end. My entire experience was FANTASTIC and I could not recommend The Driscoll Firm more!

I'm sick and tired of the secretary being rude before trying to talk to me and I have a conversation I need to have with John Driscoll.

Nothing but a CON! Do not get taken by what seems to be a nefarious syndicate. They botched the JFM settlement after a decade OFFERING $30,000. After millions were settled upon, all kinds of LLC's, and inscrupulous third parties came from out of the woodwork to divy up the compensation in fees and unwarranted charges. Money disappeared underground with rougly 0.3% of original amount dispersed to victims. Real shady SCAMMERS!!

My experience with The Driscoll Firm proved to me that they understand the ins and outs of complex litigation and work hard to advocate for their clients. They speak directly to the complex issues involved and answer questions honestly and directly. I would definitely recommend them.

Can I give a zero? This firm and Jesse Carney is absolutely the worst. I am STILL waiting on my money after 2 years. And it is always one excuse after another. And now saying "oh you have a lien"... yet 2 months ago told me I was all clear and I'm in line to receive my claim. Constant run around. No response back. No communication at all. Just random emails stating, sorry your money hasn't been deposited.

I’m so confused as to how all of a sudden this firm is getting any good reviews. I’ve been waiting for years for my settlement. The staff is rude most of the time. You will be lucky if you get an update every 3 months . Usually the updates are a generic email copied and pasted . The firm will blame multiple third party companies for the holdup as to why you haven’t been paid. Please consider other lawyers before using this form.

Thank you Jesse but I am very disappointed when I received my check today 7/2:2022. . I finally got my check and this firm took $30 from a $50k settlement. There’s nothing in the awarded agreement that said the attorney’s fees would be taken out of the check. Just imagine them doing all the claimants who was awarded $50 and they took $30k from us. Then the attorney’s office withholding money for what when it shows a Medicare/Medicaid deduction. Why wasn’t the fees taken from the total Amount that was awarded for the class action lawsuit. I am very disappointed. This firm is a scam and I would not recommend this company to any one. I need answer.

This law Firm is a Very unprofessional business. I had the worst experience letting NGK on my case In 2020&2021.

I watch him get my fiance more money then she thought very nice guy very fast and efficient highly recommend him to the point i had to make my own google review thanks!
