In January of 2016 I lost my mother and two young sisters aged 7 & 7 months. Through this long period of waiting for our settlement - it’s almost as if it became less and less of a priority for them. They seemed to stop reaching out to let us know what was going on with the case & I found myself contacting them anytime I wanted to know where the case was going, which I find very unprofessional. I feel almost as if awe became less a priority as time went on and they began taking on other cases..... however, the staff are all very friendly people and seem to handle customers with the upmost respect & care. Stephan’s partner Tom has been very helpful in regards of informing me of things happening and steps we had to take. Stephan himself is also a very good hearted man, & he is a great lawyer to have, he’s always tried his hardest to get us the amount we felt we deserved and when he did do it, he had much determination to make us feel as much as ease about the situation as possible. All and all they are a great firm, I however personally have experienced a few things I feel I shouldn’t have.

I have known Stephen Schultz and Josh Myers and their firm for well over a decade and you do not receive all the awards and recogntion as they have from the Top 10 Trucking Lawyer, Super Lawyers, Best Lawyers in America and the BBB, without providing outstanding service and results.

Schultz & Myers is an amazing law firm. They are very honest hard working. They commit to your situation and will stay with it. They know the law and the ins and outs. Don’t think that you can do a better job, you are most likely wrong. Give them a chance to show their stuff and you will not regret it.

Made the whole experience a lot less stressful knowing we were in good hands. They also settled sooner and MUCH HIGHER than we expected which was a great bonus!!!
