Schultz & Myers handled my very complicated personal injury/worker's compensation case. Josh Myers was the primary attorney handling my case. Stephen Schultz handled aspects of my case as well. Josh and Stephen make a great team and each brought their expertise to my case. I was injured at work by a third party. I had a serious spinal cord and orthopedic injuries. A case like mine was very complicated and I needed the very best legal representation. I chose Schultz & Myers after meeting with Josh. He came to my home, he spent hours during our first meeting explaining what it will take to negotiate on my behalf. Josh, Stephen and Susan were with me step by step during the entire process. They were always upfront and honest about what was happening with my case. Mr. Niesen recently created and executed documents for my Mother and I pertaining to a Living Will, Durable Power of Attorney and Last Will and Testament. This was an easy process for us requiring only (2) visits - the first to inquire what our wishes were and the second to sign the documents. Mr. Niesen was extremely patient with our many questions before returning to his office for our second and final visit. Mr. Niesen provided the Witnesses and Notary.
