I've just settled my case with the insurance company, and I couldn't have done it without the professional guidance of Mr Fernandez. He was so very personable, helpful, and clear on what my legal options were. After being ran over by a car in a pedestrian crossing I felt a lack of concern from people in general and I didn't have the will to fight. Gonzalo, never let it go and he made sure that I got compensated. He is very personal and understanding of one's situation and emotions. So this was a very strange case, I acadently hit a pedestrian and my insurance company refused too pay saying they had canceled my policy , not only did my attorney prove that I wasn't canceled he and a associate got them too pay the victims relatives a very large sum of money . I am so happy for the victims of this. He also made sure I was protected.
