Very pleasant interaction with Laura. I was able to get everything done in 18 minutes or so. I waited no more than a few seconds for someone to pick up the phone. I knew the phone number without looking it up from hearing the commercials constantly on KPNT and also have heard on WARH. I misplaced my citation but the info was able to be looked up. I also didn't feel like I was being rushed but even I was that wouldn't have been a big issue for me. If Laura hasn't had a raise this year, she is definitely worthy of one.

Laura and Penelope are wonderful people, they worked fast and efficiently to get my case resolved for me. They handled it very professionally and to the best of their abilities. 10/10 definitely recommend.
