Poor service it was always my fault that I didn’t get the information SS needed. I worked my daughter cases because she’s always out of it with her medicine. Mr. Fox made my daughter cry the way he spoke to me on several conversations.

Worst experience ever the beginning was good but once I had been denied twice the communication had stopped they sent me a letter to fill out for my 3rd appeal so I mailed off then they said that they had never received my mail this is 2 days before deadline FYI so I emailed them and they said they had received it but then said they can't print it if your staff can't figure out you can hit cntrl alt print screen and copy then crop they need to be fired sorry not all of us have Fax r scanners learn to compensate for the people that don't your suppose to take care of us and help us not fu/ck us in the manner which you did smfh screwed by the state screwed by my lawyer update waiting for them to withdraw from case since I haven't heard anything after another 2 months I was informed because of my outburst they where going to withdrawal council pictures are posted but not in order please pay attention to the dates and for outburst anyone that's deals with ss should understand my anger after not hearing from my OWN lawyer months at a time Just another update it has only been 3 days and have been contacted over 10 times and all of my documents where mailed to my home best service I seem to get is when they withdrawn from my case this place is a joke and they lady that worked on my case name is Kristen figure I would throw this out there to and for Dennis only spoke to the guy 1 time and that was at my trial he is a ghost in the wind

This office was horrible to go through. It took us 3 years to get a court date and another year to get a decision. After getting our decision the office acted as though they would no longer help us. We were never told to have all our asset information available for the social security office and we were treated very poor by the secretary. The secretary Tammy was rude and very ignorant to us multiple times. Terry was the most helpful and compassionate person to talk to in regards to trying to help us. As a medical professional they will never get anymore business out of my office and they will never get a personal recommendation from me.

Mr. Fox is the one SSD attorney I trust to handle the cases of my friends and family. He always makes the time to answer questions and I would not hesitate to contact him for any Social Security / Disability legal matter.
