I have never been more demeaned by anyone, the woman I spoke to put down my education and spoke to me as I was stupid. She proceeded to tell me that if I had a higher education, I have a Bachelors, that I would not need their help and I could figure out how to appeal for disability on my own. She additionally proceeded to speak to me as I was a child when guiding me on how to navigate the ssi website, which i did not need. This is already a difficult situation due to what has happened to me, I did not need this type of treatment. So I would definitely not work with this law firm unless you want to be spoken down to before they help you.

Jim deserve 5 stars rating for the live answering show and his helpful answers. His staff contact me every day when I made a request to take my pending case, but as soon I said is got approved, no one answer or say congrats. Thanks Jim any way

we hired them over 3 years ago to help bring sister from philippines. each time ive contacted them, i got sent to another paralegal who just made excuses. these paralegals left the firm like rates leaving a sinking ship. Now I'm at the mercy of a junior attorney. My problem with this firm is that after they take your money, THEY DON'T CARE. they don't follow through, they don't do anything to earn their fees. they are frustrating to deal with at every level. Im sorry we got involved.

Emailed the office 2 days ago and got a txt and call from them less than 24 hrs, spoke to Daniel & Christina, one after the other one, Listened to my story and request patiently & politely, and gave me the best advice & offer . Looking forward to file with Hacking lawfirm very soon.
