IR1 timeline Philippines 🇵🇭 November 09 2019 :Filled I-130 for my hubby June 2020 : Got DQ ( Expedited interview approved ) Sept 02,2020 :Interview Recieved 221g to fill DS5535 form only .we sent it same day !! After few weeks we received another 221g that hubby is on AP ,returned passport 😭 No movement since then 💔 We contacted senator, sent bunch of emails , calls almost everyday nothing worked 😭 March 16 2021 :We decided to file Mandamus lawsuit March 26,2021- defendants served (Defedants has 60 ds) May 25, 2021- lawsuit due date May 26,2021- Defendants have filed a Motion to Dismiss May 29 2021 : embassy sent 221G letter asking for remedical 😱 June 7-8th 2021 :did remedical June 8th : sent remedical, passport June 9th 2021 : embassy received remed ,passport ceac updated June 9,22,23,25,29 :Ceac updates July 16th : ISSUED😭 July 20th 2021: VOH 🥺❤️ Thank you sooo much haley ,tamara but most especially Jim Hacking!! Since Sept 2020 i have been crying every single day 😭 when US atty filled motion to dismiss we were about to give up , and even planned to just go back first to the Philippines,we lost soo much hope and even thought lawsuit didnt work for us . But because of this lawsuit , our papers moved ! It triggered the embassy to do an action ! Without jim help I would’ve give birth to my baby alone 🥺 We are expecting our first child and im beyond happy that we will both meet her this coming october 🥺❤️ Thank you so much , dont loose hope everyone we got jim❤️😍

Greetings. I'm waiting for reply to input from initial contact. The system of phone callback could be better integrated so that one knows Hacking Law is calling vs another Telemarketer or Scam Artist. At least Hacking Law responded to my initial contact with promptness and courtesy vs other Law Firms regarding the same who won't answer the phone, emails nor follow-up post initial contact. Future involvement will determine the increase or decrease of today's star rating. THANK YOU!
