I appreciate Kelly taking on my husband as a client. Our initial phone call he was straight forward with us. He stated since my husband was young this could be a fight but he didn't mind taking him on as a client. And we did win our case. Im grateful for that. My reason for only 3 stars:( I want to preface, if I had another name to try and contact I would have tried but I only talked to Kelly 2 times then after that Alexis would call so that is why I kept calling Alexis. I didn't know there was others who could help. And no we never went into rhe office since we are 1 and half hours away. They said it could work over the phone) At the end of May my husband recieved a letter from disability saying he was approved, what he will get as far as pay, etc. I called the office that Monday to let them know we recieved a approval letter. I was told by Alexis that disability sends the office the same letter but to them and we had to wait for that and when they get that letter they are going to make sure payment is correct and nothing was missed. Ok great. she told me to give them 2ish weeks if I haven't heard to call. So 2 weeks go by and I haven't heard anything. Called and left a voicemail. Another 2 weeks go by and I still haven't heard anything. I called AGAIN, that week multiple times and left messages. I started having my husband call and again he was leaving messages too. We started calling multiple times and nothing. Just yesterday 8/28, I explained to the receptionist that I'm needing to speak to someone and nobody is returning our phone calls. She got me through with Cindy. This whole time I thought we were waiting for them to call, I was told nope as long as we got our payments we are fine. I'm confused why the letter from Kelly said they wanted to speak with us? I was made to feel like a idiot for calling but I guess glad I finally got a hold of someone. I will say she answered my questions. I'm just super frustrated it took 2 months to be told you all are good. I am not understanding why not once someone could have called or returned my calls. Now to me it just looks like they got their money from us and were done. I really don't like thinking of lawyers that way and I know my husband is not the only client. Just one simple phone call back would have been nice to have.

Mr Staley is a general. He is a strait shooter and will tell you everything you need to know recommending to anyone needing help. Cindy is a saint listening to everything you have to say and Alexis is there from the beginning What a great team thank you to all
