As soon as I placed a call to Brown and Brown, they asked me what was going on and they were completely honest with me as to whether it would be worth it in the end to hire them for my case. As long as you're honest, they will do everything they can to take care of you. They'll be honest with you about fees and everything. If you've been in an auto accident, Brown and Brown are your people. Steven is amazing by the way!!

Giving 1 star because I called about the iud lawsuit ! They advertise that they represent people dealing with this and to call them if it’s an issue with the IUD … blah blah blah so the lady that picked up is like 20 years we never represent anythingother than car accidents and work related accidents… my thing is why are u advertising that you represent people with IUD CLAIMS ????? Then to the lady who picked up the phone was rude and not trying to help smh she simply didn’t understand that I’m clearly looking on ur web page for BROWN &BROWN !
