My thoughts and prayers for the brown family, great man, gone too soon, always in our thoughts "ed" you and your brother always made my night after watching your tv show. Thanks for everything you did, you will truly be missed.

Being a client I was very disappointed with this firm I couldn’t believe the choices of words that was use. This firm has stress me out I do not trust them are any other lawyer. I hope I never need a lawyer again.

Everyone we worked with was professional and courteous. Very responsive to our needs and we really felt well taken care of.

I called this law firm earlier today looking for help and was very disappointed. I will admit I don’t know much at all about injury law work and how it all goes down in the details. But... I’ve seen commercials, billboards, heard radio ads, so I figured if I’m completely lost one phone call to just start the journey can’t be bad right? Well I ended up talking to “...the one on the billboards, the one without the eye patch” as the lawyer himself said. As I tried to explain a complicated situation where I faced medical neglect after a freak accident that resulted in two TBIs, a LOT of memory loss, and lost a service dog (that I trained myself; his name is Brody), he cut me off and said he wouldn’t be able to help me. This was as I was telling him that I had been left with people who were abusive and neglectful to me after two traumatic brain injuries and I told him what I told my adoptive father when I called him on the phone for help: (This is a real quote and this is exactly what I said to him bc I will never “mis-quote” this bc it was incredibly formative and stuck in my mind bc my adoptive dad DID NOT react and help me): “they have threatened to shoot me, they’ve threatened to shoot you if you come on the property, bring the cops and get me the **** home” (or “out of here“, I honestly might have said that. I don’t remember. Not trying to lie. 💯).........and the lawyer turned on ME like I was threatening the lawyer. I told him I was confused about his response because I wasn’t threatening him and asked him if he thought I was threatening him. I said “I’m just confused I’m trying to tell you what happened to me, do you think I’m threatening you? I’m not. I’m telling you that my life was in danger.” He never did answer that, but instead said some remark under his breath about “sure, I’m just the messenger. Shoot the messenger.” He was one of the main lawyers. What does he mean he’s just the messenger? He also said “what am I supposed to do 6 years later?” 😞 I was like (In my head) “yeah, I get that feeling allllll the time. That’s why I’m finally calling someone about it to advocate for myself.” I truly was just looking for help, or maybe even guidance? But I was met with incredible rudeness. This was the first lawyer I have called about this and talking about it shakes me up a little, but I shouldn’t have to be perfectly eloquent to get help. I ended up calling another injury lawyer (with a similar number that repeats itself 7 times bc I have bad memory) and was treated MUCH better and they are reviewing my case and will be contacting me before tomorrow is over. EDITED TO ADD: The other law firm with a phone number that repeats itself 7 times after the (314) area code ended up calling me back within a few hours and offered me multiple other resources I might be able to use, although they weren’t sure they were the right type of lawyer. They explained this to me in a way I understood and I am sooooooo appreciative to have some kind of direction. 💗💗💗

In October 2019 I was hit while driving on the highway by a driver who left their vehicle on the scene before the police arrived. I trusted Brown and Brown to represent me and I can honestly say that they went above and beyond my expectations. I had no idea if the other driver had insurance, but within days I was able to get the process moving to be compensated for my vehicle. Brown and Brown has very respectful staff. Respect is most definitely important to me especially with everything going on in this world. The staff are very professional and always went above and beyond to provide me with any information I requested. Nothing means more than having genuine people in your corner and working hard for you after any traumatic experience. I recommend! 10 stars!

If I could give this firm 10 stars I would. My Attorney Rob was amazing from start to finish and helped me along in EVERY step of the process, it was confusing at first but Rob went above and beyond to help me understand. The staff at Brown and Brown that I encountered were top notch and treated me with respect and professionalism. I couldn't have asked for a better experience! Rob and team at Brown and Brown thank you from the bottom of my heart, in today's current climate it is awesome to know that Brown and Brown has your best interest in mind and will FIGHT for you!

The Attorney assigned to my case acted as if he didn't have time to deal with my needs. Remember these Lawyers work for you, so don't allow them to ignore you
