Very professional on time nice caring

Just another run of the mill law firm that's out for greed. I have a clear cut, open and close case. We called, was put on with whom I assumed was a low level attorney. My wife and I gave all the information of the injury and was put on hold. About 5 minutes later, he came back on and said when we get more information, maybe he would look into the case. I tripped on a trip hazard and fell on a facilities location at a specific time. I was injured. I have been to several medical visits. A month later, I am still injured, medical facilities are dragging their feet. I am in excruciating pain. Now, either your law firm has a running Tuesday golf date with the owner of this company or the company is just too small financially to make it worth your while. Either way, you advertise you are the best in the St. Louis area, but you clearly are the worst, probably worse than a drunken property attorney called in by the state to defend a capital murder case, free to the defendant. A two year old could easily defend my case with the information given. What a joke. And all those late night hours the two brothers advertised that you were for the little man.

When I first started with Brown and Brown I dealt with Mr M.Cordes and my case was going accordingly I started my case in 2013 now it's 2023 Ten Years Later I'm still waiting for Satisfaction and nothing happened in Ten Years for me getting injured at my last Job I never was presented with any offers or nothing they don't keep in touch with me unless I call them during this waiting process I had to move from my home got evicted cause I could not longer pay my bills due to not working had over 13 surgeries due to getting hurt on the job I trusted Mr Cordes to help me but haven't heard from him just letters saying the same thing I'm Lost!!!
