‼️ This law firm is not acceptable for my family and I. We have called Mark many many times, including using the first extension to reach Shannon. Nobody’s calling back. They took the money, and there has been no call back on anything regarding the case for my family and I. We are very disappointed, and we’re very confused. And we’re hoping that somebody calls back. Because everyone of my family members has called the office, but no one seems to be picking up. Also, texting is not going through either. So I don’t know what is going on. But I do need this fixed as soon as possible. Very disappointed. I wrote the first review a few months ago. Around June. It is now October and my thoughts are still the same! Except that this is the WORST law firm ever. The money is taken without any hesitation LOL and that’s the funny thing because the moment there’s a fee offered in the family who is in clear distress is going to pay for it, Mark will 100% take the money without any reluctancy and then not get in touch with you or your family whatsoever. Super disappointing! There has been no calls, no text messages, no emails, no form of reaching out. And there has been no next step process on what he can do to help my family and I. So if you guys are thinking of getting a lawyer, do not get Mark or anything related to his firm. ‼️ PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY! You’ll save thousands Thank me later. The images attached are still showing when he texts me and when I text him back. And yes you can see. He is responding after months which is absolutely unacceptable!!!! I’m getting a ridiculous excuse of the pandemic, and being short staffed, yet there is no problem taking $10,000 for the fee. Sorry disappointed…

Deanna had been amazing! Any time I have questions or concerns she right there to answers them. I would definitely recommend this law firm.
