We finally settled after almost six years of weasely twists and turns and bogus "slap" lawsuits, and I'm in very satisfied with the results. Jonathan's dogged persistence and determination forced them to realize that we weren't going to go away without fair compensation. I hope like hell that I never have to go through something like this again but I know just the guy who can handle any crap the other teams throws at us. I taking back by the way I was treated when I walk into the law firm to meet Jonathan Mc Allister. First he was late for our scheduled appointment. His assistant took me in a meeting room and asked up front for cash even though I haven't met Jonathan in the flesh yet. I politely insisted that I meet the attorney first. Johnathan finally walks in the room and before I could get a word in, he tells me (I want to start by saying I charge $250 an hr.) then he inquired about my case. As I began to explain, I was cut off by Jonathan as he told me that he wants to file countersuits. I had organized a file with evidence that I wanted to show him but I was CONSTANTLY cut off in mid sentences and I could never get a word in. He did not listen to any of my grievances or even had a clue why I was there. He understood the topic and ran from there. He talked so fast and seem so uninterested in what I had to say. I came off as he didn't need my business at all and I was wasting his time. I excused myself and declined any further talk. He walked me to the door in such a dismissive way and said (Bye). I'm happy to say that I have an attorney that listened to me and is well prepared to help me with my landlord issues. If any one have the same experience as I did with Jonathan McAllister, please consult another attorney so that you may see the difference in treatment. Good kid but not the best attorney.
