Jake was absolutely incredible for our family’s situation! He was responsive, always thoroughly explained what was going on and made sure we were taken care of and treated fairly. Because of our situation, he worked with us for a few months, and the entire time he was exceptional. I never had to ask for updates- he was always on top of it. Jake truly gave us the peace of mind we needed when it came to such a scary and unpredictable situation. We are very grateful for all of their hard work! We were in a rear-end accident on I-270. We had various injuries and our car was damaged from behind. The driver admitted that his brakes were bad. Mr. Gregory took over the case and pretty much handled everything. They kept us informed and answered our phone calls immediately.
