We had the pleasure of working with Harry O’Rourke in 2020 and 2023 for adoptions. We can say that Harry did an outstanding job representing us! He has so much knowledge about adoptions. And does his job exceedingly well. The communication not only from him, but the office as well was nothing but fantastic. We have recommended this office to a few people going through adoption! We give them a 10/10. We look forward to working with them again if or when we go through the adoption process again!

We hired them to help me with a soliciting ticket that was slapped on me because a police officer was having a bad day, and they told us that they were confident that they could get the ticket waived. They did not do so, and $1000 in legal fees later, I still ended up with a $400 soliciting ticket. Very disappointed.

Do not waste your money, this law firm is unprofessional and Harold O’Rourke is a scam artist. I never met him in person at the time of hiring, he charged $300 consultation fee and asked for a $5000 retainer for a custody case. After a 2 day trial date was set, he asked for a $30,000 deposit to a trust account for him to continue doing my case. So I paid $15,000 and the rest due in 2 weeks. O’Rourke never sent itemized bills as the case progressed and I requested multiple times via email 11 months since hiring. He replied he was going to send me the statements the following day and he didn’t. I requested termination of services and my $15,000 trust money back as the trial got cancelled and case dismissed (not because of his work). He stopped responding to emails and I left multiple voicemails for 4 months without communication so I drove to Missouri and went to his office. When I met him in person for the first time, he made comments about the way I looked making me feel uncomfortable. He printed the invoices and gave them to me 17 months later. There were errors, multiple repeat charges, and excessive time charges to drain all the money. When I confronted him his response was that the financial institution had my email wrong, thats no excuse for him not following up with my requests for statements repeatedly. He started telling me how much he liked me and enjoyed our telephone conversations, I felt harassed and uncomfortable in his presence. He has no professional integrity. Treated me with disrespect. DO NOT HIRE!

Once they recieved payment contact with them all but stopped. Multiple calls and emails with no reply. Kept having to get continuances due to lawyer being unprepared to resolve a speeding ticket. Ended up just taking the points after months of them not filing paperwork properly. Asked for a refund since they did nothing and wouldnt ya know, can't get a response. Poor preperation, communication, and not doing what they said they would do is very aggravating. Do not hire.
