Poor communication and lack of transparency with clients
“Communication was awful even after asking multiple times to be kept informed. I was the one who was always having to ask for more information about what was going on with my case and then suddenly he would have information, but was never forthcoming with information.”

“I rarely leave reviews, but being charged more than double a quoted price for simple amendments to a preexisting form is pretty bad. Would not recommend this firm to anyone who's looking for simple work.”
