I should have never called them. Just handle it yourself. They are hard to reach. Sends text but doesn't respond. A different lawyer is assigned that works for the NAME. I don't even think they know Kanner or Pintaluga cause if they do I need to talk to one of them. I was buying a house and my medical bills from the accident hit my credit. I called them and was told to pay the bills and I would be reimbursed. It's time to pay and there is no reimbursement. They act like they didnt tell me to pay the bills. When they sent for the bill balance to the creditors i paid it said the balance is zero...... YEA, BECAUSE I PAID IT. On top of that they are getting paid more than me like they were in the accident. NEVER has a lawyer gotten paid more than the client after 33.3%. These people are trying to play me. They have some really nice commercials though. 👏

This place is really legit they got me as much as they could as fast as they could and really that's all you can ask for out of a lawyer. Thanks 👍 I really appreciate the professionalism

While it has taken nearly a year and a half to get a settlement amount communicated to Me, the amount was not what I was expecting....it was much less. I was then disappointed that the firm added ( to their 3rd) an amount of $390. for "attorney fees", which couldn't be explained. In my opinion, the only positive was Adam, the Reductions Specialist, who after nearly a year and a half, was assigned to Me as a point of contact. He is very professional and always replied promptly to my emails. Adam was literally informing Me of every step taken after settlement took place. Although I'm sure I got on his nerves, he remained professional and helpful and never lost his cool.

I had an accident and I called K&P. They worked effectively and as quick as possible. They always answered the phone in a timely manner and always responsed if not answered. I worked with several people, all I can't recall their names, but all were benefits to the closing of the case and all worked genuinely. I would highly recommend K&P and I will also be a returning customer if need to be.

When I first went to P&K they were so helpful calling and texting me. That was great. As the months went by the calling stopped and the emails and texting stopped. I had to call them and sometimes I wouldn't get a return call. I'm almost at the closing of my case and I have yet received my settlement check. I see that they do have an office in Clayton that you could come and pick up your check but they don't do that. I was also disappointed that the lawyer got more money than I did. I have had other settlement cases and the lawyer would take a lower amount just to make sure I was happy. I have to admit that Adam has been working hard on getting me my settlement check. He had one short coming and that is he don't know when or if my check has been mailed. K&P has been an experience.

Having a car accident is problematic but my pain was made easier with this firm. From the great customer service, the personal experience with Adam G., the speed in which my case was settled. I appreciate and would definitely recommend them. *Peggy H.

They really handled their business. My case took a while (over a year)..but well worth the wait. It just so happened someone hit me when I was JUST about to pay my 2 weeks late insurance...so...I had none at the time 🤦🏽‍♀️. I thought I had no chance at getting anything! K&P STILL got me almost $15,000! Hey...hire them...and then just be patient if you must. They got you!! Yacksary and Claudia...I want to personally thank you for your professional and personal characters. You were so wonderful to have during that journey. I was in a car accident, Kanner & Pintaluga Law Firm made my experience Exceptional! Everyone was always available when I needed them, answered any questions I had and they genuinely cared about me taking care of myself. Andrea Recine, Esq went over & beyond for me! When I didn't think things would work out, he assured me everything would be alright, for me to just concentrate on getting better & they would take care of everything else and he and his team definitely did just that! I was pleased with everything & everyone from start to finish. I would recommend EVERYONE to give Kanner & Pintaluga Law Firm a try! I promise you won't regret it!

I am at extreme disappointment with this law firm. Nine months ago they ( a partner) confirmed with my son he is paying too much child support and it will be their first objective to get that reduced. Here we are 9 months later and 3rd lawyer on his case and there has been absolutely nothing . No reduced child support no custody contract NOTHING . HARDLY ANY COMMUNICATION FROM THE NOW 3rd Atty ,,,, I cannot express how completely and utterly dissatisfied I am Yet they are billing him now ,,,stating they have used up the $ 3500.00 retainer. Update here we are over a yr later and still nothing, do not have their clients best interest at heart and just wants you to accept whatever the opposing Atty offers it to complicated for them to fight for their clients rights ,,, I’m guessing nothing is settled still today . Unbelievable UPDATE; should have absolutely NEVER hired this firm , NEVER
