I hired Allison to represent me in what turned out to be a 2 year divorce and custody battle. Allison was extremely persistent at putting mine and my children's best interests first. She was forthcoming with all of the information that I needed and she represented me in the most professional manner. Allison kept me abreast on all changes and happenings during this long process. I could not have endured this process without her support and professional knowledge. I have since had modifications and petitions that she has consistently fought for my best interest. Her knowledge and expertise is extensive. I would recommend Allison to anyone looking for an excellent attorney.

Allison was kind, compassionate, and responsive. My divorce was as easy as it could have been. She's also managed post-divorce issues quickly and with clear direction on the modification. She won't put up with BS. She knows the law and sticks to it. I have recommended several clients to her and continue to do so.

Allison and her firm represented me three years ago in a very difficult and personal divorce case. She worked within the estimated retainer and timeline was paced perfectly. I was kept well informed and did my part to provide them as much information as possible so that the case could be dealt with properly. Her professionalism was on point and kept an honest interest in maximizing my time with my children per within the parenting guidelines and did what she could make sure I was not overly impacted (taken advantage of) financially per the settlement agreements. Allison and her team are excellent. She handled my 2012 divorce. It was a major battle involving 2 kids and a business and property. Allison did such a great job that I used her again for a case involving judgement enforcement in 2015. Not once did I have to question her fees or her work ethic. As a matter of fact one of the things I like best about her handling things for me is her very candid and honest approach to everything. In the courtroom she is extremely strong on cross examination. She prepared me thoroughly as well. I take things involving my kids very seriously..... Allison is a no nonsense attorney! I am glad she represents me!

I was her client in a child support modification case. I was very poorly represented, IMO. Had to put down a large retainer. There was lots of "busy work" going on each week to eat away at the retainer that I could not see benefiting my case. She could not ever tell me her strategy for approaching my case and I had to go back over the relevant facts in my case each time we spoke - it was like it was the first time talking to her each time. She took an approach with opposing counsel that would force us into an expensive trial (vs. less expensive arbitration). I never felt like she was on my side. She gave me legal advice that was incorrect, and didn't send requested documentation to opposing counsel. I fired her.
