Mr. Dan Finney and his associates are truly professional in their field. Dan has a lot of integrity and consistently has the client's best interest at heart. His knowledge in the field is outstanding and every time I had a concern or question he or his office answered quickly and explained to me what I and my family needed to understand. Not once did I feel that I was a bother to them in asking all the questions that I needed to ask. I had and have complete trust in Dan Finney and not only would I seek him out again if I needed his services in a personal injury case, I would defer to him if I had any questions regarding attorney work at all and let him guide me.

After a explanation of how my wife died at the hands of incompetent hospital employees Dan looked at the facts and decided we had a valid case. It took a long time to materialize but it was worth the results that at least punished the people who took my wife away from me at 48 years of age. She died fo an aneurysm of the sinus of Valsalva, in laymans terms a leek in the chamber going to aorata .Dan was very thorough in his investigation and left no stone unturned. It is not easy to go thru the process but my sons and I are gratefull for his efforts on our behalf.
