Marco, an attorney representing this firm will never gain my trust.

I was referred to Dobson, Berns, & Rich by another firm who was unable to assist with my case. I sent a detailed email to firm on 6/17/22 emphasizing case and expressing my needs. At this time my email was fwd to an associate staff, Marco Tarentino who emailed me back on 6/17/22 wanting to talk. I called Marco, left voicemail. He returned call today 6/20/22, and we spoke for a painful 16 minutes as he was unable to assist. He mentioned if I had received my ROI and I stated, “I am currently waiting for ROI to arrive in mail”. Then he states, “we like to be involved in the case before ROI”. I then referred to the email that was fwd to him on 6/17/22 because I stated, “The investigation is now complete. Currently I am waiting to receive "Report of Investigation (ROI)" via certified mail sometime next week; however, I did receive my "Notice of Advisement of Rights" on 06/16/22.” I am not upset that Marco was unable to assist me. I am highly displeased with Marco’s initial phone interaction with me. Unfortunately, Marco demonstrated that he lacked the fundamental skills that are necessary to be a successful attorney. With him being a “new” associate to Dobson, Berns, & Rich firm, he failed by simply overlooking an email I sent. For one, Marco lacks interpersonal skills, which ultimately restricted persuasive communication between us, resulting in a negative outcome. His attention to detail will need to be improved because he could have saved me and himself 16 mins if he would have thoroughly read my email that was fwd to him. Time is money and I cannot afford to have a prospective firm represent me if they cannot comprehend a detailed email I sent. I would first recommend Marco encompassing himself in an emotional intelligence class as this can be very beneficial especially for him being a novice attorney. Ultimately, this will help support his professional development, growth, and standing so that he can eventually become a partnered attorney of a firm. As far as the other skills he lacks, he will need to gain experience over time. Thank you for your time.

This is a very professional law office. When I had my first meeting with Jerry Dobson and Mandy Anthony, they spent the time it took to understand what had happened to me and I was very fortunate that they took my case. Whenever I had questions or concerns along the way, I could always count on Mandy to address them in a timely manner. I was very fortunate to have Mandy assigned to my case. This law firm knows what they are doing and taking care of their clients is important to them. I could not have had a better legal team on my side.

Gregory Rich and Mandy Anthony represented me in a case and went above and beyond for me! They treated me with respect and made sure my voice was heard in court. I could have never even dreamed to recieve to judgement that the jury awarded me and none of this would have been possible without their help and representation. The other partners in the firm even came to the courtroom the day of my testimony to support me, this kind of strength and compassion is unprecedented and well above and beyond anything I could ever expect from a law firm. I would recommend this law firm to any of my family and friends in the future.

Called in to discuss an employment attorney. They put some lady on the phone who says she doesn’t care about unions or workers rights but will continue to use the company we will be filling the complaint against. Worst customer service ever!
