If $5,000 can’t knock a 1st degree, Class B Felony Burglary - Home Invasion down to what it should have been, nothing more than petty larceny and trespassing, then I would hate to see what she charges to actually do something/anything. My 19 yr old kid walked into an open garage to grab beer that he could see from the street, that’s it. He didn’t break a lock/door or force entry, he didn’t have a weapon, he didn’t come into contact with the homeowners ever, he didn’t have intent to commit a felony. She didn’t do a gd thing. She was HOURS late to literally every single court date. After she told us that the courts were now doing multiple SIS’s, she didn’t even get him that! She told him after it was all said & done that he could request to have it expunged after 3 years. Smh. He would have done better representing himself. Oh & the fact that she is sleeping with one of her clients, a multiple felon convict, which would be a conflict of interest, she should find a different career path. Like maybe a horticulturist for indoor plants.

There are a lot of attorneys who take your money and do minimal work. Melinda goes above and beyond to stay available when needed, put the attention into your case that it deserves and explore ALL your options with you before you move forward so can plan accordingly. A far cry from your typical attorney! Take it from someone who has had the unfortunate opprotunity to deal with over imaginative and extra aggressive police, you want someone who will fight for you, not sit on the sidelines and wait until your courtdate to try and get you to take a plea deal without putting in any effort. You get what you pay for and I wish Mindy would have been around a long time ago, would have saved me a lot of stress and money.

Mindy is a veteran war-tested criminal lawyer who I admire and rely on. I would not want to go in battle without her. From murder to simple drug cases, she knows how to work a case. She is hard core, strong, and will fight for you. I go to her for second opinions, for legal advice for myself, my friends and family, and I send major felony clients to her. She is everything you want in a lawyer. Her prices are fair, she is smart as a whip, she knows all prosecutors and judges, she has a lifetime of experience and I trust her completely. She is also witty, beautiful, and a great trial lawyer in general. She doesn't brag about it when she gets murder charges dismissed or clients out of jail, but she does do that... on a regular basis. I am a lawyer. I seek her legal advice. This review is honest and based on working with her, advice she has given me and seeing her at work. I consider her to be one of the very top criminal lawyers in Missouri.

Melinda initially seemed very interested and somewhat responsive. After paying the fee she stated was required to provide legal support, she disappeared. She has not answered emails or phone calls and her website appears to be offline. She took payment and never provided any actual service.

Caring and compassionate always no matter what time of the day you call her. Top Notch service!!
