Small local law firm.

Although Tom had a seemingly good demeanor and professional appearance; I cannot say anything positive about his ability to fight for and win for the injured. He dropped the ball on my case by using the statute of limitations and a separate incident against me. Instead of being expedient about returning calls, answering US mail correspondence, filing paperwork, and standing up to defend my entitlement he personally filed a dismissal to my claim and lied about the limitations. He allowed 7 years to pass after I was a pedestrian struck by a vehicle traveling at 55 mph by continuing my case for his own accommodations and allowing continuances to happen over and over again on behalf of the people who hurt me. He pushed off my settlement date and kept agreeing to lower the amount until the day came that I personally needed a continuance. At that point he filed for dismissal and blamed the statutes and a criminal charge which was completely unrelated.

He helped me as soon as I called and told me what I needed to do to prepare to go to court. I'm very glad I found him & appreciate his service.

Wish I could give him 0 stars ,we gave thomas our case about 5 years ago and he still havent done anything and just disappeared everytime i call him he doesnt answer we paid him $400 for our case. Very Unprofessional. i cant even get my paperwork back so i can file with another lawyer. very bad service and extremley rude.

I 100% agree with Maleka Jan's review, he tried to do the same thing with my case. Anyone reading this review don't even think about hiring him. He is a SCAMMER period.

Thomas Cranes is a scammer who takes people’s money without actually helping them. He took $500 and did nothing. He never knew the case. Whenever you would call he would say he’ll call back but never did. I mailed him to get answers he never responded and that shady office of his is always locked up. He does this to a lot of people who don’t know the law, their rights, and those who won’t go to report him to the bar. You are better off either seeking another lawyer or keeping your money. I got cheated out of $500. Look him up in ovoo and his history.
