Thorough and Helpful through every process

I am a Medical Care Coordinator at Cofman Townsley. My work space is located closely to the Intake Team. I am impressed with the care and concern that they show to potential clients when they contact our firm. Kelli Walker handles each person with patience and empathy. She listens and goes above and beyond to make sure every person she encounters feels valued and heard. Veronica Lake is genuinely kind. Even when she encounters disagreeable attitudes, she is always pleasant, professional, and keeps in mind that it isn’t personal. Lastly, Chris Garcia is an excellent new addition to the Intake team: He is smart and adaptable well to the the role. He also speaks THREE languages so he will help meet the needs of our Spanish, Japanese, and French speaking clients.
