I hired the law firm to help me with my case & it wasn’t a good experience. After the original lawyer I hired to work my case was no longer at the firm I never heard from the new attorney they put in my case personally until today which was over a month from him being out on my case. I was hit by a drunk driver. They told me they couldn’t find her insurance and that she didn’t have any. Well that same day my insurance company told me they found her insurance information and even better the claim # also that she started for her own car to get repaired by them. I’ve been in touch with her insurance company and so forth for about 3 weeks now and here today the attorney that was out on my case just called me and to remind me that they still couldn’t find anything on her. I’m really confused as to how they couldn’t find anything when I have been talking to them for about 3 weeks trying to get my vehicle fixed. I’ve even reached out and left voicemails for everyone to return my phone calls because I was able to get her information I was trying to update them on the news but again here I am weeks later no returned phone calls email a letter by a bird nothing from them. I’m very unhappy with the service I received from this lawyer firm and as a ex employee I’m very disappointed in this experience. I really wish this wasn’t my experience with you all I had very high hopes and expectations and I just knew you all were going to help me. Now I have to find a new law firm to represent me because you guys didn’t do that

Jamil is the best I never had to call him he stayed on my case and had answers for me whenever he did call to confirm any information. If you need help call Cofman and ask for him. Past up the rest and go to the best

When I called about a medical malpractice issue, I was met with open arms by a gentleman named Daniel. I went through all of the issues that I had. Issues that were hard to discuss and relive. But Daniel was super kind and super welcoming about everything. Fast-forward to five minutes later and I receive a text from their Law firm stating that they are no longer accepting medical malpractice cases. When I googled for medical malpractice lawyers in the St. Louis area, Cofman Townsley was the first on the list. It was extremely discouraging to get that text after having to relive and discuss the trauma we went through. I felt like my time was wasted, and my information was collected. Please update your Google parameters. Update: What a diplomatic and lawyer-esque response... The inconvenience is reliving a traumatic experience when your staff is taking my information down. While your staff was comforting me and being empathetic, just to have a text no more that 5 MINUTES LATER DENYING SERVICES. - This leads me to believe that the entire office knows of this transition. Maybe stop me before someone has to relive these traumatic experience. I feel your response was cold and lacked any real accountability.
