Experience and experience with case attorney.

I have used him several times. I THOUGHT he was decent enough to send other people to him, but instead he turned her away stating he did not work with people in Illinois. I am in FACT from Illinois. It was embarrassing and unprofessional. Considering he said it and hung up on her. Please make sure you do your research. 3/9/23- yes you have. I'm remarried so going by several names. Michele Boyd, Michele Uso and Michele Lyles previously. You send me a calendar every year to my Glen Carbon, IL address. You literally handled several cases for me. But if you'd to give me the money back from the cases you won since you weren't supposed to be representing me, that would be great.

I wouldn’t be able to write enough good things about my experience with Melissa representing me for my family law case. She is super intelligent and knows her stuff. If your situation is contentious, Melissa is the attorney you probably will want. The other thing I really appreciated about her practice was that I was kept in the loop every step of the way. I’m not sure if other attorneys are like that, but she is. She is one heck of a lawyer.

Sylvia helped me on a frustrating case, she worked hard, very communicative, very knowledgeable with the ins and outs of family laws. Melissa and her staff were very professional and answered all my questions quickly. Her promptness and thorouness helped me get through a stressful divorce. She was tough in court but personable in private.

Melissa Moss is far more than a great attorney Melissa took on every most stressful debilitating time of my life during the worst 3 years of my life The court and family services pulled the “ bad dad story “ A LIE. I was removed from my home and children by the police for a lie about me molesting my daughter at a dance competition. With out one bit of information other than the accusation ( by my ex’s friend and later house mate) the GAL ordered the police to remove me from my home Melissa doggedly gathered facts and information to prove my complete innocence. The separation from my children, Dealing with GAL and Family Services is infuriating and emotionally draining beyond description Melissa went out of her way to call and assure me in my depths of complete despair that things would work out. On the legal side of this travesty Melissa made sure I at least was able to see my kids for a few hours every week It was more important for the kids to see me as they were the true victims. Melissa helped all of us I cannot say enough how much Melissa saved my life during these most awful times . All I can say is thank you for myself and especially my children that with out asking Melissa was always there for us - Melissa is much more than a fine attorney JE Inman
