I was able to speak to Kenny and Brendan throughout the whole process. They kept me up to date and were very honest about what was going on during my claim. I was paid out and I’m happy.

I had a very disappointing experience with this attorney. It took over a month for any progress to be made on my case, and during that time, I received no proactive communication from their office. I had to constantly call for updates, and even simple yes or no questions would take days to get a response—if I got one at all without following up myself. It felt like my case wasn’t a priority simply because it wasn’t a large or complex one. There was no follow-up after the initial delays, and I was left feeling ignored and frustrated throughout the entire process. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this attorney for any tenant-related legal issues. Professionalism and timely communication are essential, and unfortunately, both were lacking here.

I hired Nick for a injury case and it was the biggest mistake I made. He sold me out, completely disregarded our contract and completely lied to me. I would never recommend him to anyone.

The law firm is amazing and I would say if you need an attorney, look no farther. Roland Swanson was an amazing lawyer. The settlement paralegal Brendan was the best! He got the job done! Shoutout to the Powell Law office for the service I received!!

Waterkotte defended me against an order of protection and handled the one I filed for $2500. He told me there was an agreement in place for both parties to drop the order which I agreed to. That didn't happen. He also neglected to get me access to my possessions and recommended I personally reach out to the other parties attorney. They refunded me $1000 of the $2500 I paid them to stop me from filing a bar complaint. I've spoken with a malpractice attorney who has advised me to file suit against him. I've requested my client file multiple times. I've received no documents. I was even told that there was no formal agreement in place to hire him as an attorney despite him representing me, me signing paperwork.and paying him $2500. I'll remove this review when I'm refunded the rest of my money.
