Bob and his team are phenomenal. I have nothing but great things to say about Bob and his team. Taylor went above and beyond my expectations with gathering evidence. Brittany put a masterpiece of a portfolio together for my case. Bob was very clear and professional regarding the outcome of my case. He made the opposing counsel appear elementary. I could not have asked for more. I think the bad reviews on Google reflect more on the individuals who wrote them not understanding that you have to work as a team to achieve a successful and compromised end result. If you're a hard working American like myself then $1000 is a lot of money to give to someone to have your calls never returned and to have to call 5 or 6 times over a 2 week period just to talk to a secretary. You'll only talk to the lawyer up until they get your money, then after that you don't matter. Lost my case and then wanted more money after the fact. THERE ARE BETTER MORE RESPECTFUL, RESPECTABLE, AND RESPONSIVE IN THE ST. LOUIS AREA. They were never rude to my face, they smiled and we're polite, but once you pay they start ignoring you. And politeness is condescending when added to that, at least in my book.
