Stephen Bardol is one of the finest family law attorneys in the Midwest. I've worked with many lawyers in STL and Bardol produces better results and can give excellent referrals when needed as well.

So happy to be able to move on to the next chapter of my life thanks to Steve and his team. From the first meeting, I felt confident in the firm and their ability to handle my case. Steve was straight-forward and thorough, giving me realistic expectations for the outcome of my case. My emails and phone calls were returned promptly, my questions were always answered clearly, and everything I needed to know throughout the process was communicated to me. They provided just the right amount of information--enough that I always knew and trusted what was going on, but not so much that I became more overwhelmed with an already-stressful situation. Compared to the other firm I met with, Steve's services were also the more affordable option. Very happy with the outcome of my case and my choice to have Steve represent me. I hope to never need legal services again, but if I do, I won't hesitate to call Bardol Law.

From the minute my husband and I walked in to Steve Bardol's office to talk about a difficult family matter, we felt like old friends. Steve and his staff helped navigate us through a tough decision with so much knowledge and compassion. I emailed and called paralegal Julie wirh my concerns and she was so reassuring and wonderful. She and Steve were quick to qualm my fears and answer all my questions, no matter how silly they were. Jared was amazing through the court process and really made us feel comfortable with his knowledge and how he understood how important this was to us. Steve will be the only attorney I call in the future. They honestly could not have handled this case any better than they did! I feel like they are my friends now!!

My case was handed to him after my original lawyer left this particular office and i would not recommend Mr.Bardol because instead of any kind of help he dropped my case because i called every day wondering what is going to be done about me seeing my daughter. Now anyone can say they are a great person and I know this, but when it comes to me im a single father, working and going to college pretty much 7 days a week and just want to have my daughter 50 50 like the paperwork from this lawfirm states and was awarded by the supreme court. I absolutely do not get my daughter or get to speak to my daughter on Signed given times agreed by mother, her lawyer and my lawyer (Mr.Bardol) so since I... "Annoyed his firm".. because im a loving father who absolutely loves his little girl and just wants what was agreed upon by everyone in this petition he just up and said "Il no longer be assisting you" and also " Im withdrawing from this case". Please anyone who reads this just know im now paying ANOTHER attorney to help me because mother is absolutely in contempt of our written contract. Hope no one ever has to go through this struggle of actually being in the best way i can a FATHER that just wants to be apart of his angels life.

He takes care of business and anything he is unsure of he will refer you to another lawyer.
