Pros
1
Excellent customer service and communication from the staff
“Everyone I've spoken with welcomes questions and is genuinely interested in my case and is concerned. I appreciate that. I don't feel like just a case number.”
2
Strong commitment to the community and giving back
“What a wonderful way Onder Law gives back to the community at Christmas time! In my younger years, our family struggled and was in need. So, kudos for hosting such a lovely event and making sure kids are blessed at Christmas!”
3
Highly professional and knowledgeable attorneys
“Onder law is taking care and representing me and my family for my dad's mesothelioma case (who passed away in March of 2023). They have been very professional and understanding and I really appreciate all the hard work and long hours they put in on these cases.”
4
Effective at achieving favorable settlements for clients
“Onder law helped me with my settlement. It took time but was well worth it. I paid nothing out of pocket and received thousands. Thank you again for your teams hard work and dedication.”
5
Strong reputation and track record of success
“Highly recommend the OnderLaw firm for any of your legal services. They are an exceptional team that are committed to their clients, 5 Star!”
Cons
1
Lack of communication and updates with clients
“Poor communication. They update with blanket emails across their cases, do not reply to your emails, and never call you or pick up. Goodluck getting an update if you use these guys.”
2
Delays in resolving cases and providing settlements
“It's unfortunate that you wait over five yrs for a settlement and this law firm get majority of your money. Each time I would call I couldn't get an answer, never any updates or real communication from them yet again they get all of the money.”
3
Concerns about the firm's motives and prioritizing profits over clients
“They tell you your getting your money. Then 9 months later they say I owe a38k lien. Still no check. This place is a scam. Use any other lawfirm. They are not about people or justice, just money.”
